Favorite books:
The Centurions Wife. This was a captivating and truthful story. It followed the two paths of a servant girl and a centurion as they were commissioned by Pilate and his wife to seek out the truth behind Jesus Christ. Neither one was religious yet they were introduced as a Judean and a God fearer. What caught my attention was how the author emphasized the growth of the two main characters. Jesus' followers pushed their path further to reaching the truth. Jesus didn't just work miracles to heal bones, He worked miracles in peoples hearts.
The Alchemist. Much like The Centurions Wife this book tells a story full of truth. It is not out rightly Christian but there are hidden Christian themes within it. The path to find truth is a major theme. The journey to get there is hard but the end isn't where you expect it.
