First off there is a blond boy (I know a shocker right). He looks lonely, concentrating so hard on his work so that he doesn't have to remember that he got dumped the night before. Today, however, he is just trying to make it through the day that is why he is wearing sweats and hoodie. Oh wait he is moving, was that a smile on his face. Maybe today might be a good day after all.
Next there is a couple in the corner. They both have their laptops open. The girl is finishing her paper as the boy looks intently into her eyes, but she doesn't see him that way. Could they only be friends or are they more than that?
A really nice boy just came up to me and asked if I was bored. Who could be bored when they are people watching? I think no one. Unless you have the attention span of Doug the talking dog in Up.
I have a clear view into the ASK center. There is a group of three students: a girl and two boys. One boy, red, looks like he just got there. Red refuses to take off his backpack. He wants to impress the girl, maroon. The other boy, hat, looks jealous. He tries to act cook in front of maroon, but maroon only has eyes for red. Red continues to flirt and look dreamily at the picture on the wall. He avoids an y eye contact with hat. Red just leaned in for a kiss as hat slinks back in his chair. Maroon looks down cast. There is no conversation just a lot of staring between the love triangle. Who loves who and what exactly are they doing?
Below the stairs there are two desks. There are always things on them. More often than not there are asians doing their homework. And today is just like any other day. A girl, scarf, doesn't have time for lunch so she is eating a peanut butter sandwhich. She would have put jelly on it if she hadn't had a bad experience with it when she was younger (the boy who sat behind her in class poured jelly on her hair). As she chews her sandwhich she looks disgusted at her computer. She struggles in her chemistry class. Her grade has dropped dramatically and now she is behind by two weeks. She has to cram all that work into one weekend. Her only chance to impress her parents is coming up on the day of the final. If she bombs it than she won't be here next semester. Will she get the grade she needs?
I think that is enough people watching for one day. Maybe I'll see these cool kids once more and finish their stories.
For now,
